Phoenix Assurance Solutions PC will respond expeditiously to Notices of alleged copyright infringement on Phoenix Assurance Solutions PC Sites that are reported to Phoenix Assurance Solutions PC’s Designated Copyright Agent. Phoenix Assurance Solutions PC will follow the procedures provided in the DMCA, including, expeditiously removing or disabling access to infringing material.  The DMCA sets forth a notice and takedown procedure, subject to the alleged infringer’s right to submit a counter-notification claiming lawful use of the copyright or other intellectual property interest that is allegedly infringed.
